We have a lovely beach here at the Swim && Surf Resort called Sunray Beach. You can take a nice long walk, suntan, catch a few waves, surf, and there's a volleyball court right at the edge. Once a month, there is a surfing competition.

These three bedroom suites are located right by the ocean. It can get a bit noisy around here at night because it's also right by the bar, and the bar is where older teens and adults party at night.

These four bedroom suites are located on the very top floor of the hotel, which is floor 18. You can see so much from way up high, and fall asleep to the wonderful sound of silence. These are the most expensive suites.

These are the bigger rooms of the hotel. There are four of these on each floor except the top, making a total of 68 deluxe suites.

These are the regular suites of the hotel. They have one bedroom with a king-sized bed and then a hide-a-bed queen sized sofa. These are the cheapest suites, but they allow you to spend your money on other stuff.

If your character gets a bigger place it can be a house. These are about 5-10 minutes from the Resort and are available by application and budget, and of course only available to people over the age of 18.

| Away from the Resort
This board is when your character decides to escape from Swim && Surf Resort but aren't going home. They can head anywhere they want in this board that might be a half hour from the Resort to in a completely different continent. This board is basically your characters travels. You may still be in Malibu with your character but your characters plans are not at the Resort, at home, or with Hollywood. Vacations, Escapes, Tours, anything else can go in here.
